When does it launch?

We don't announce dates we can't keep. It will not be ready for Diwali 2026; we will not pretend otherwise. The waitlist is the only list we tell first, and we only write when there is something to make.

What can I personalise?

The family or person's name and who the wish is from, in Hindi or English.

Will Hindi names work?

Yes. Names in Hindi (Devanagari) are shaped properly, matras and conjuncts included, exactly as they are in our Rakhi videos today. Mixed scripts are fine too.

Is it free?

Rakhi videos are free today, with no watermark to pay off. If that changes for a new occasion, people on the waitlist hear about it first.
